From private water supply to water supply in a large industrial company: Filters have a wide range of applications. Our EVERBLUE filter cartridges and housings range from self-cleaning filters to melt-blown and wound filter cartridges to folded special cartridges for the beverage and food industry.
INAQUA Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH is a sales partner of Everblue and supplies filter cartridges and housings in a wide range of versions. They range from the melt-blown cartridges to wound cartridges to the folded special cartridges for the beverage and food industry.
Filter cartridges
The cartridges are available as DOE, Code 3, Code 7, Code 7F and Code 8.
The filter housings are available in polypropylene and stainless steel (different qualities)
With the FilterBlue, FilterBlanc and FilterBlack system we offer an 8" x 20" folded cartridge system in GRP pressure pipes. The system is available with 2, 3 or 4 cartridges in a pressure pipe. The extraordinary aspect is that the cartridges can be mechanically cleaned at least 500 times. For this purpose, the cartridges are simply pulled out of the pressure pipe and cleaned with slight water pressure (up to 6 bar). Separation limits of 1 µm, 5 µm, 10 µm and 20 µm are available.
We also supply backwash filters as manual or automatic filters. These are available in plastic and stainless steel. The filter finenesses range from 80 µm to 3,000 µm at an operating pressure of 1-10 bar.
Filblue FBL2000A
Self-Cleaning Filter with Suction Nozzles
The Filblue FBL2000A is an innovative, fully automatic self-cleaning filter, meticulously designed to eliminate all suspended solids from surface waters (rivers, lakes, seas), well and spring water. Its automatic cleaning function significantly reduces or eliminates the need for filter cartridges and bags, thereby saving both time and money. Water enters the filter through the inlet, traverses the inlet cylinder, and passes through the self-cleaning basket, which effectively blocks all suspended solids. The rotating suction nozzles then remove the trapped particles, which are subsequently flushed out through the drain valve. The cleaning cycle, lasting approximately 10 seconds, ensures continuous flow during the regeneration phase.

Applications for Filblue
Prefiltration for water treatment plants, process water, evaporative cooling towers, heat exchangers, irrigation, aquaculture, spray nozzle protection, prefiltration for ultrafiltration (UF) plants, prefiltration for reverse osmosis (RO) plants, water and seawater and more.
FilterBlue
FilterBlue is a highly efficient filter unit, using special cartridges, for the use in water treatment.
The filter housing is made of GRP and horizontally mounted. Because of the individual no. of housings, the filtration flow could be up to 216 m³/ h per unit. This will be realised with a very low footprint. The robust design allows an operating pressure up to 20 bar.
The construction allows an easy and quick replacment oft he filter cartridges.
Due to the availability of 3 different types of cartridges the cut off can be from 1 µm to 90 µm. The cartridges are available in 3 quality levels. The highest quality cartridge can be washed up to 500 times. This makes the system highly efficient and cost competitive.

FilterBlanc

FilterBlack
The Filblue FV2000A is an automatic self-cleaning filter for removal of Suspended Solids in liquids. The removal rate is between 50 – 500 µm. The filter is operating with a continious flow. The cleaning is done via rotating suction nozzles.
All materials in contact with the liquid are made of plastic. The housing is made of GRP and all inner parts are made of PVC, PP and Teflon. The filter can be used in seawater applications.
The filtration rate, depending on the feedwater type is between 50 – 60 m³/h.
There are 2 control versions available. Version 1 is an analog control panel, integrated in one head of the pressure vessel. The second option is a Siemens PLC which can be easily integrated into the full PLC of the water treatment unit.
